Here is a very smart woman IMHO....Louise Yamada. Worth the listen IMO.
She was probably hot in her day but like all of us we have our moment in the sun. I still rather go to dinner with her over conversation (what a mind she has) than 90% of the hot ticas but the rest....well we know LOL.

I have been preparing for tough times that I see coming....Gold,Silver, Ammo, Guns, guard dogs & fences LOL. Just about there... it takes some time & been working on this for the last couple of years. My guess is this will not be fun for anyone. As always I hope I am wrong.

Time will tell.

Oh yeah there is always 2012  ....

The people who think this economic mess has started to turn around or is being blown out of proportion like Y2k or any other financial crisis that has happened in our whole lives..... only our grandparents know what we have ahead of us.

Gold is THE ONLY REAL MONEY..... Period

The strength of ANY currency is measured by how many ounces of GOLD it will buy. It has been this way for 5000 years.

Oh, and if you want to read about one if not the worlds top economist and how he is probably the USA's longest held political prisoner, 10 years in prison so far without ever having a trial..
Read this:
http://economicedge.blogspot.com/2009/1 ... -high.html

Then read his articles here:

Foos can call Martin Armstrong a "political prisoner" if that's his delusion but first and foremost, Armstrong is a straight-up crook, and he's pled guilty to fraud. Not least of the people he's seriously hurt were members of the Philly/ Central NJ stamp and coin collecting community, including partners/ S & C dealers. There's still folks hereabouts waiting for him to get out of prison so they can get their individual licks in (I'm not one of them--I avoided this scum).
If anybody is further interested and after reading the Wikipedia article, I'll give you a reference (a solid businessman) who will give you chapter and verse.
This is not to say a slimedog can't know about economic trends and such but this guy is the last guy I'd trust to tell anything like the truth.

I think you had better read up on your information, he plead guilty because after 7 years in prison he was offered a deal to get out for time served, the government then reneged on the deal.
Just because he plead guilty to finally get out of prison doesn't mean you or I wouldn't have done the same. It also doesn't mean he is guilty, it just means he was tired of fighting the system.
If the US had a real case against him they would have tried him in a court of law.
They didn't, they hid him away in a prison instead.

I say again Foos you are delusional or in thrall to Martin Armstrong. He is a convicted felon and it didn't take the Japanese government to press for his conviction. Have some more kool-aid--you'll feel better later.
Try just try taking an objective look at Armstrong's whole history--it'll do you and those you're trying to persuade a world of good. He never stopped being a rotter or made any serious attempt to pay back those he ripped off. He is a fraud and committed fraud. If there's anything for a conspiracy theorist to believe, it's the conspiracy Martin Armstrong attempted futiley to commit. He well deserved the punishment he got...and more. Zero contrition shown for the harm he did. Zero.
