The same thing that makes you hate em is what makes them useful... I've always had good results with a shark. Always say to guys, don't can the whole profession because she was smarter than you and got a better lawyer.. :D

What do you call a bus full of lawyers going over a cliff...

A good start... :P

-----

What's the difference between a carp and a lawyer...

One is a bottom feeding scum-sucker and the other is fish...

-----

Joking aside, when it comes to a legal scrap, I hire the meanest, nastiest Mofo lawyer I can find... It's worth it in the end... Necessary evil so to speak in some situations...

I didn't mean to comment on lawyers as a profession, but I understand the frustration with them so feel free

I was really commenting on female lawyers as dates/novias.

In the past I have gone on dates with female lawyers, and I have to say they were exhausting, but not in a good way. I couldn't imagine being in a relationship with one.

Most lawyers (that I've met) are pretty cool. But it's an easily exploited profession. Just one numnut ruins it for the good guys. It seems like a pretty boring profession if you're a straight arrow.

Let me guess, you have never been a party to any legal action; divorce, civil, suit etc? Just saying, I thought all dogs were cool until I got bit by one.

Brings it back to bring the baddest, nastiest dog to the fight. In divorce especially, don't be mad if ya let her outgun you. You gotta get someone vicious...

I could not imagine how the evening went... Must have felt like you were under cross-examination the entire time... Did she ask for an income statement, balance sheet, references and STD test results in the first 30 minutes???

Yeah, well on the Left Coast, she will be suing you for divorce and get this, normally you get to pay the bill.

I'd think that would be more typical of a date with an auditor or an accountant.

I dunno Jazz, the last few dates I've had with professional gringas have all gone that way... I usually get hit with all four topics in the first 20 minutes... Like pre-qualifying for loan... The only thing missing was the bright light shining in my eyes during the interrogation...

Exactly, and lawyers are better trained than other gringas in the art of cross-examination.
Fun times for all on those dates

However in order to get this thread back on track, I am currently smelling coffee and think I'll have a late morning cupppa joe. I don't have a novia though, so I suppose I'm not the ideal audience for this thread. :D :D :D
