As a final update on this, an email today from the chica said she went back to work last night with a bruised face that her hair could hide.

"Two tourists were arrested in Costa Rica charged with rape of a working girl in a Hotel in San Jose"

Costa Rican police arrested two tourists charged with rape and battery againsta a Costa Rican prostitute inside a hotel room in downtown San Jose. The authorities confirmed the arrests of the two foreign suspects identified as an American who's last name is Paley of 29 years of age, and the other suspect a Russian national identified by his last name of Zlotin and of 36 years of age. The woman who also was only identified by her last name Obando and who is 26 years old, told the police that she was approached thursday early morning by one of the subjects to provide him with her services inside a room in the fourth floor of the Morazan Hotel, in downtown San Jose. The agreed payment was to be $100 us dollars. When they arrived to the room Obando went to take a shower when she finished she found the two men inside the room. When she saw the situation she told the men that she prefer to leave. That's when the two men started to beat her up and proceed to rape her several times.

I just think telling him he can't come back is not harsh enough.

They should require that he comes back twice per year, but can only contract services with the Columbian girls.

He'll live in a constant state of humiliation.
