Vaccine is free in colombia if you show proof of onward travel to CR. In CR its 100$+ in usa about the same.

Good to hear. Just earlier today a co-worker of mine asked where he could get a YF vaccine (we are in L.A.) cause he indicated the cheapest he found was $350 which seems absurd. $100 sounds more in line but I'm going to call around this week.
