If I see a camera or anything with recording capacity pointed at or sweeping me, I'll reach for my spraycan of Kilz. I am severely affronted that anyone would walk around the Gulch with anything that however accidentally or incidentally could cause harm to a Bro. It's just wrong from the jump--do we have to walk around in masks and body suits so word/images can NEVER get back...? I swear (and I'm not a violent guy) the first time I see Google Glasses pointed at me, that somebody is liable for severe facial injuries. To add about Kilz: I don't know a supplier in CR and it would be damn' tough to import something with a propellant but an importer of whatever kind is missing a bet by not bringing some in for sale. It's not a stunner or a whip that puts somebody down--it's something that puts their equipment down. Excuse me if I seem overwhelmingly exercised but this shtuff is growing bigger, more stealthy and with greater capacity to do serious harm--wrecking marriages and careers, and thus lives. I myself don,t have nothing to hide on the fact that i enjoy p4p action,but like BB57 said i do respect anyone mongers or working girls that don,t want to be recorded.I remember coming out of a window room in Amsterdam and someone with a camera-professional with tripod took my picture as i was walking out of room,i gave him a thumbs up as he snapped,next person he did that to may just have thrown him into canal.Also i keep my picture taking with permission from the girls to inside the room to avoid recording anyone who don,t wish to be recorded

For what it's worth:

The flashing red light can be turned off in the Gopro's settings so you cannot tell if it's recording or not unless you're close enough to see the LCD screen on the front of the camera. And that's pretty phucking close!

Golpher, I suspect it was the 'Flat out lies' comment that inflamed people.

The public display of a camera is not offensive ... though it may be insensitive in some circumstances. However, a simple "hey is that on?" should be enough to quell fears.

No one should be photoing or filming fellow mongers. What happens in CR stays in CR. I don't want to see my antics showing up in someone else's youtube display.

I took my photos of SL early in the morning before anyone was at the bar. I never manned-up to photo the HDR inside.

Sorry…I can’t resist…hope I don’t get threatened…But this is just too good.
Bringing a camera into an MP is simply…mala forma.
I can’t imagine any scenario where this would be acceptable…Red light on or off.
(But I have to admit, the idea of a guy walking into an MP with a camera lashed to his chest, makes for a really funny mental image.)
I once saw a guy trying to video the action at DR…Did not go well for that lad…got the personal escort to the door from security. (Wish we had a video of THAT.)
And just when I thought this couldn’t get any funnier…let’s carry the nonsense a bit further and start calling people out…wow.
