Lima, you are getting some great advice here. Patience is key and don't be afraid to pass on some of them. In fact I sit with newbie friends I meet and offer to help but they must follow everything I tell them. See if you can find some experienced mongers when your down there and ask for there help. You'll pick it up much faster that way.
