He'll have to give it to you for free, otherwise it's pimping if he charges you. :P

If you simply forgot using an emoticon then the comment was simply in poor taste. If you did not forget to put one in then the post is outrageous. To accuse a member publicly of breaking the law is way over the top.

come join me at the Del Rey. Me and 200 or so other guys will be sitting around drinking and staring at a dozen or so bartenders. That's the downside the upside is that I'll have 14 days to get over the hangover. Consoling myself with the fact that each day I stay the flow girls will increase. The holidays draw them away the need to replenish their bank accounts and pay their holiday bills draws them back. By my second week there the Super Bowl crowd and the girls that followed them will began to make their presence known.

I'm just going to rely on my incredible luck. Over the years it has seldom let me down. If there's a good time to be had in San Jose on New Year's Eve I'm totally convinced I am the guy that can have it. The rest of you can stay home thereby giving up. Me I'm going out and make it happen. 8)

Lee,
Thanks for the ever so gracious invite. I trust since I will be in town
for the week before NYE & have a few favoritas & phone #s I'll be able to arrange to party UN- solo.
But if it all falls through, Oh well party on . I dig me.
I'll just make the best of it w/ a select few of you. Boozin & Jokin
What I do best.
Still beats takin myself out to dinner & later forcing myself on me.......
Santas Bro will be there too.

I'm spending $100 an hour and there's not even a naked Columbian in the room

 I just figured out what the hourly cost of the plane ticket I bought is. I'm feeling used and abused.

Are you still checking to see if the ticket price has come down ? Sometimes several seats come open at the last minute at a lower price. Several times, I have been able to rebook at a lower rate and cancel the higher priced ticket.

Update:

due to circumstances I've written off New Year's Eve in San Jose. Instead will arrive on the third of January and stay for a couple of weeks. The circumstances that caused this change of plans was a complete lack of enthusiasm expressed on this board for spending new years in San Jose. Okay that's not the real thing I am lying through my teeth. This 33-year-old 5 foot 10 long legged blonde offer to spend the 31st, first and second at the International House in New Orleans with me. She is paying for the room go figure. Couldn't turn that down.

Another turn of good luck: I abandoned my decade-long relationship with Delta Airlines and called American Airlines and found a ticket for $449. Almost half of what anybody else was offering. Which brings up another question. How long is a flight from Miami to San Jose? Is it under two hours?
