The biggest difference with a gringa taking your house is that for the most part you both were truly in love when you got married, shit just didn't work out because you kept visiting Costa Rica, solo.
Again, another great reason for CRT, sharing of information to protect each other from yet another Costa Rican scam, which is legal.
