Wow! So many replys so quickly. Rat-a-tat-tat, mow'm down boys! I'm no spring chicken and and count myself as a respectful person even under adversity. I still count myself as a newbie with only two trips under my belt, BUT, (aren't butts great) I've witnessed about 30-40 negociating sessions and P4P girl/gringo conversations so far from close enough to have a good idea about the exchanges and only once have I overheard one where I was embarassed for the girl and angered at the guy. Besides that I have no clue whether he was CRT alumni or not. Not bad odds though, either way.

Several of you guys have marked and responded to this fellow well. My guess is that somethings happened to drive a bug up his ass and he's venting in too broad terms and will regret it later when he either calms down or grows up. What's great about this venting forum is that he won't get his ass kicked for speaking out of turn. Ain't technology swell!

WTF.I had to politely ask almost every girl I sessioned with in Jaco to either stay with me the whole night or to leave because I was exhausted from the session and trying to communicate with them. All the girls get a good backrub from me. Thats my form of forplay, they loved it and I loved it. I felt no hate, never had a clock watcher.I loved each one of them in my own way, for a little while.I still remember most of their K*ds names. I think Ymmv is way off base here and really sounds like a girl with a bad attitude posing as a man.

Once again the line between business and romance seems to blur in this forum. If the original poster is into finding romance with a pro then I wish him lots of good luck, because he will need it.

Every time one of these posters starts talking about how they have "game" with a pro, I cringe as this is akin to saying " I get a free drink when I tip the bartender two dollars."

I would say if the original poster was talking about mileage with a regular Tica as opposed to a Del Ray Deb, he might have a point (other than the one under his hat). For me, the debs are service providers and not to be confused with someone that I totally trust and respect. Yes, I will treat them with courtesy, respect, etc, but let us not K*D ourselves by trying to dress up this relationship by calling a pig's ear a silk purse. I mean these girls are in the life where they associate with and sometimes are, not so nice people. Ask yourself a couple of questions: Do you use drugs or associate with people who do? Do you steal or associate with people who do? For a lot of these girls, the answers to those questions are Yes and Yes. Therefore IMHO, if YMMV thinks he has game with the Debs and we do not, it is like saying there is honor among whores or rank among Lieutenants; if there is, who in Hell cares?

Of course, that is just my opinion.......oh you all know the rest.

I agree with you that the girls should be treated with respect. Unfortunately there are "bad apples in every barrel". That goes both ways though. There are girls out there who are looking to steal anything from us that is not nailed down. Don't generalize us with the average tourist that come to CR. We are a minority and have no control over their behavior. Unfortunately we are grouped in with all gringos.

Show me where it says in a thread here that while you negotiate you should behave in an inappropriate manner. Why should you not negotiate? You are there for a service, and they are there to provide a service. They should be treated with the same respect that you would treat the pizza delivery person. I wouldn't let them steal from me either, and if I didn't ask what topping they had and how much it would cost I'd end up with a cien anchovy and pineapple pizza.

Zippy has it right, you are stuck up some puta's ass that was probably a working girl and now you are paying all her bills and she is now revirginized and thinks p4p is muy malo and only happens because of us obnoxious gringos, I hate girls that look down on something they used to do themselves just because their situation has changed . They probably blame everything bad that happens in CR on us fat, ugly gringos’ and if we wouldn't come to CR everything would be fine. Keep living in your little fantasy world because as Mucho Gusto has said you have no clue.

I have seen this much too often when some soft guy falls in love with one of these Del Rey Debs & she knows it & uses this guy to no end since she is the street wise one & he is what he is?? Then to see this poor pathetic guy trying to defend her honor she never had is so sad & beyond my ability to believe? It is one thing to be temporarily weak with the little head taking over for a while but when the big head falls down to the little heads thinking the man is surely doomed!

Every now and then a member starts up a "gringas are all fat" post, and I have to agree, but whenever in the DR I see a lot of fat, ugly, old druken gringos sitting around drinking with their buddies, talking about how fat gringas are back in the states. I just smile. I'm not saying gringos are all like this but most of the ones I see in CR fit the above description. I see it, the chicas always comment on it. It's time to get on the threadmill boys!! You will look and feel a whole lot better and it may just help you live a longer happier life, think about Costa Rica, baby!! Ok papi? Que rico!!

Whenever I'm in Costa Rica I treat the chicas I meet in HDR/KL the same way I would treat a gringa I meet in a bar back in the states. This has always worked well for me at home as well as in Costa Rica.
