For the girls I know at the DR, I have "my price" and then there is "the price" of a typical gringo tourist. My price is usually half... because they know i'm not stupid... will treat them with respect... and will pay (also I'll buy 'em drinks and have a good time with them). This means a lot and will go a long way. If they enjoy being with you, they will reduce their asking price.

When they ask these types of payments, they are saying "i'm not interested" or "I'm all about the money honey". As has been reported hundreds of times on this board, the more you pay does not equal more service or a better time. Usually the opposite. The proper response is to smile, chuckle, turn your back on her, and drink your drink. It's the politest form of F*** you.

Also, its not about being Colombiana as others have stated here. She might as well be gringa if you know what I mean...

The Colombianas have earned their reputations be it good or bad. I noticed lately as I return from alittle over a month from CR that they seem to be more organized as a group than ever. If I get time to put a trip report together I will comment in detail. Even the ones that seemed very interested do not give the GFFE out that easy. I have some that do but Colombianas are the smartest toughest ones to play with & this can cut both ways but in general I found Ticas & Nicas to be much easier to find the GFFE effect.

I will let you have all the Colombianas I did without a sweat you just send me the nice Ticas & Nicas & I will be a happy little CR camper.

Sorry but CR Colombianas are not being stereotyped. As a group, they have very distinquishable behavior. If you can get a good relationship, good service, even good price for something you like from one or more, by all means. But for a fact and beyond the shadow of a doubt, it's as if they attend the same Del Rey Sales Pitch classes by day.. Almost without fail, when they start the pitch I ask "Colombiana", and they say "yes".

I agree with you on this statement. But there's bad apples in every group, i.e., bad Ticas, bad Nicas, bad Panamanians, bad Peruvians, bad Hondurans, bad Venezuelans, bad Mexicans, bad Orientals.....there's even some bad gringa's (LOL)!!!!

And it seems that the Colombiana's get bad-mouthed as much (or more) than the gringa's.

I don't know, maybe I'm just lucky. But I have NEVER had a problem with a Colombiana. They are my absolute favorite women. Of course, I've had many who've asked for way too much money. But those women, I just smile and politely say "no gracias", and move on. I've also had many Ticas and Nicas ask for too much money, but it's always the same end-result. "No Gracias".

When it comes to these Latina women, it's always a YMMV type of situation. There's no guarantees with any type of woman, no matter how much (or how little) you end up paying. But MY best experiences have always been with a hot Colombiana.

Once again I will chime in. I have had great experiences with Colombianas. In fact the one women that truly hurt me was a Tica.

I am all up in it brother!!!! Hell Colombianas made me swear off CR after 7 visits in one year
