My vote goes to "they're missing your wallet!
I might be wrong, but I'd say that most of those providers do have someone (husband, boyfriend) whom they support. I know Latinas because I'm a Latino. Oh, something else I notice about the providers, they're lazy as hell!

I still want to know who is the one guy that thinks she really loves him?

Back in gringaland, I'm resuming the old question of the female's ability to distinguish between "love" and "wallet" -- in any country.

I think it may be a matter of they just learn to name it differently, or hide it better, in our country, but it's still the same basic transaction.

(Which the romantic, egoistic young man cannot begin to consider until he grows up, and writes a divorce settlement check. That is what starts the brain synapses firing in the right sequence toward understanding this.)

My response is short, "the wallet'; and why they may appear hurt or offended, you can bet that appearance will change after you are out of sight with the other lady.

Just the nature of the beast.

I agree that for the most part it is the wallet. However they are in competition. By acknowledging them when you see them they do not feel slighted. Most of my friends come around to say hello no matter who I am sitting with. I think this also tells them that you are a good guy, if that is what you want.

I also do not believe the girls selling sex in the gulch are forced to do so because they have no other options. That is like saying the 16 year old selling crack on 7th Ave in Miami has no other options- wrong, he just doesn't want to take the job at Burger King (owned by Magic Johnson's group) that pays an honest $6.50 an hour.
