GT...ICE is running the DSL direct. RACSA has the cable concession and while supposedly independent of ICE, I believe ICE still owns a huge chunck of them...perhaps by mandate of the Telco monolpoly law in CR...which sucks.

swing trading, the question is whether or not you get instantanous level 2's...That is the question, just as it is here....gonna make a quick buck, better have l2....
