Based on the fact that you have been ignoring her, here is my take on it:
I've never seen the word tan before so I looked it up and it means "so". When I see rogado I think of the past tense of beg, begged. I don't think it is being used as an adjective here.
So in my mind the last part translates as "you are not so begged". Not meaning that you beg, but that she no longer begs or bothers you.
In the first part I think que is being used as "that". My translation of the message is "No more that, you are not so begged".
She's basically saying that ignoring her has worked and she's not going to bother you anymore.
