I think she means

In response to your

No more please!

she reponds

No more what? Dont be so evasive!

Okay write this (by the way all you guys pay attention this should be the standard "Get a chica off your back e-mail")

Hola,

Sinceramente,
Tex

Here's another approach. I won't bother translating most of it to Espanol.

Hola mi amor,

I have something very important to ask you. I am embarrassed to ask you, but it is necessary. I am in need of $500 very soon. Things have not been good for me the past month, and I need money for my rent.
My company has transferred much of the work to India, and I am no longer working. I know things will be better for me in the future. I will
return the money as soon as possible. Please send the money via Western Union very soon, as it is necessary. I know you will understand. Thank you.

What do you think the odds are of her sending you the money?

All those a great letters, but just for the sake of brevity, here's a better letter that can be used by ALL CRT'ers. Very short and sweet, and can be used as a response for practically ANY request made:
---------------------------------------------
Dear (put chica's name here),

NO.

Love,
Your name here
---------------------------------------------

By all means, everyone feel free plagiarize as often as necessary.

Hope this helps!

Based on the fact that you have been ignoring her, here is my take on it:

I've never seen the word tan before so I looked it up and it means "so". When I see rogado I think of the past tense of beg, begged. I don't think it is being used as an adjective here.

So in my mind the last part translates as "you are not so begged". Not meaning that you beg, but that she no longer begs or bothers you.
In the first part I think que is being used as "that". My translation of the message is "No more that, you are not so begged".

She's basically saying that ignoring her has worked and she's not going to bother you anymore.

Good job on ignoring her.

and for all.

No mas que, in simple spanish mean "just that" Costarican will understand that phrase as "just that" like she is saying, "no mas que no seas tan rogado" = Just don't be that hard to get" or just that don't play hard to get.

I know it doesn't make any sence at the time you translate but trust me, that's what she meant.
