You guys are making me puke!! I'm doing damn good if come out of the shower fully clothed and weighing 115. I have a metabolism so fast that most of my adult life I've had to shop in the K*ds section for clothes. If someone wants to split the cost on a liposuction, I'll put the fat on while you take it off!!!

I think I've had meals bigger thaan you .... jk! Must be nice to have a great metabolism! I wont make 115, but eventually 200 is a good goal

No way the narrow table at Zona Blue could have survived that LOAD :roll: :lol: Sacha being quite a Gordita herself and Paola just a bit less.

My friend, you surely jest about that 315 lbs :roll: You appear to be no more than 250 Lbs, so your bet better be certified on an honest scale to verify your before and after "Loss" :arrow:

Ok ... I started at 315 ... my roomate will confirm. today after 3 days I am 309, and will bring the scale down to prove it.

I feel you pain I actually gained a lot of wieght after my trip to CR. I promised myself I would slim down before my next trip.

Well, my plan is to buy a new scale there tomorrow, and if they will let me, leave it at ZB. We can have the official weigh in manana (start) and in April when LH returns.

On my scale I was 307 this AM. But I will be weighing in with clothes on so add a few for before

Don't fret my friend...these guys especially LH are good at making fun of others while they wait around on New Years Day with no one to rub their love handles. Guys with no plan of attack peeve me.

At least you have set a goal and I buy no means think that you will not achieve it. These guys can't even set a goal of returning to SJO within a week or so after they leave :o ...they have to sit in their cubicules and pretend to work and just wait till something motivates them and again then have no plan of attack.

I wish you well on your "Gringo Diet".
