Just returned from Nathans. Had the chilli dog comb with small fry and drink 3200.00.

The chilli was a disapointment but the dog was good and crisp.

If you're interested, you can get three times as much food and drink for 2,500 at the corner of Ave 2 and Calle 9, two blocks down the hill from HDR at the entrance to Chinatown.. . . . . . it's good food, too, but it's not from Cony Island.

We saw the Nathans sign and we were thinking about eating there but than we contunied walking and saw Popeye's chicken and ate at Popeye's instead. Very good just like the states.

Speaking Nathan Hotdogs, the annual 4th of July Nathan Hotdog eating contest is today. With returning last year men champ Joey Chestnut and women champ Sonya Thomas competing. The contest should be airing 12:00pm noon at either ESPN or ESPN2.
