When I was working, everyone in the office had to take sexual harassment training. I learned it could be considered sexual harassment if a man made a comment to a women about her clothing, ie, "That's a nice dress, is it new?".

I think in the situation with Circus, if his comment had been something like "You are a beautiful young lady", the lady would have known what he was thinking, but she probably would not have raised a stink about it.

idk about low class. highly inappropriate to most men and women alike it most cases yes.
i mean, i see girls every day that look amazing and if anything at all comes out of my mouth its something like "wow" uttered at low volume under my breath w a smile.
then again i don't stand and just stare at women either. my brothers taught me when i was young that it tends to make a woman's skin crawl.
i guess it all comes down to what reaction you want.
and i can say with near certainty that none of us that has a daughter would behave that way.

You obviously are correct, it was low class. However, I think that the woman overreacted. A cool and intelligent woman might have responded to his comment by simply saying thank you and walking away, or at the most saying "dream on". And I know a few wonderful strong women that would have reacted exactly in the way that I described.
