The reason you do not want to respond is you can not guarantee a 90-day visa.
Unless you are an immigration inspector, or possibly a high level Costa Rica government official, no one can guarantee a 90 day visa.

The Costa Rican law says you must be out of the country 72 hours to receive a new visa.
There is no such law. The 72 hour requirement appears on the Customs form and applies if you are seeking to take advantage of the right to bring in up to $500.00 worth of personal goods without the imposition of customs duty. There is no similar requirement listed on the immigration form.

I know several guys that come often who only get short, 30 day or even 10 day visas now.
Exactly why no one can ethically guarantee a 90 day visa.
If you check around there are numerous accounts of people going to any of the 3 major border crossings Sixola, Penas Blancas and Paso Canoas getting an exit stamp from Costa Rica, entering Panama/Nicaragua getting an entry stamp, having lunch and going back through immigration and customs in Nicaragua/Panama and then entering Costa Rica and getting a new entry stamp. Usually for the full 90 days but sometimes less.
You do not like One Lucky Dogg, no problem. However, stick to your personal opinion stop posting inaccurate information about visa requirements.
