Having been a visitor to Costa Rica from 1992 to 2003 and a resident from 2003 to 2011 I think I might be able to help you in your research.

I am leaving the country tomorrow morning and will not be back until the the 19th. I am not taking my laptop so checking the internet will be hit or miss and I suspect mostly miss. If my time frame works for you send me a PM and we will see if we can work something out.

I really do not understand what all the apprehension being shown here is all about.

+1 Even though I'm nowise an affected party, Brother ID has one of the better BS detectors I've seen--if it's jake with him, that's something of a seal approval. Senior Brother Admin1 gave her the OK and he's not about to jeopardize his business to some flim-flam. Also, this researcher is not looking for casual visitors like me but residents, whose familiy and friends presumably know where they are and in part, why.
