I havent been stopped doing something illegal by a transito in a while, only at the random checks, but in the past I would just take the ticket because they always used my Illinois driver license# on it and I never paid them because I know they dont have a database to stop me at immigration. Does anyone know if thay are still using driver lic #'s?
