Brother BangBang is on the money, but if you read what he says carefully, he does not predict what is going to happen. I read it and I come away with 'we don't know what they will do.' I can't agree more. We don't. Most of us only have 2 balls, and neither one is crystal. But please remember the first words in the 'Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.' "Don't Panic!"

After all is said and done, a lot more is said than done.

Bang Bang is right – all they have to do is to start a series of regular immigration raids, a series of you-don’t-have-the-right-wheel-chair-ramp raids, etc. Oh! They did that. And that was little LC and her friends. That is the way administrative law is used to harass and drive people out of business.

It’s the flaunting. No one wants to be treated with disrespect. And those who hold office believe that we treat their nation with disrespect because we come here for the flower of youth and not the flower of orchids.

It does seem sometimes that laws are passed but never enforced. They did close casinos. It is not important to them that lots of people were put of work. When they passed the new luxury tax, few Gringos living in so-called luxury homes failed to pay the tax because the penalty was 10 times the amount of the tax. That was too serious to ignore. Several sources who were in a postition to know told me PAY the tax because it will be enforced.

Laws that effect largely Gringos are enforced. When they are enforced Gringos have hire an attorney. Guess who makes the laws? BINGO! Attorneys! You can almost hear them say: "OK, you pass the laws to phuck the Gringos this time and four years from now when I am elected I will pass laws so you can phuck the Gringos and make money."

What is different from the US?

Bang Bang,
I respect your opinion and I would suspect you have as much knowledge of the situation as anyone on this site. So I admit, it scares me because yours is far and away the most pessimistic post I have yet seen.

Good point Lomo....But Bang Bang is absolutely right!!!

To answer Brother DiegoC's last question--not a p-hucking thing. Some US laws might as well be entitled "The Tax Attorneys Full-employment Act" or " The Labor Lawyers..." or "The Environmental Lawyers...": you get the idea. Would that we had more doctors or dairy farmers running for office (I used to live in a Cong. District that has a physicist for a Representative...novel and amusing). But then who has the time and political contacts, and lies/ subterfuges and/or negotiates/compromises for a living other than lawyers? (No, I'm not anti-lawyer [I've benefited from some excellent ones] but the facts are the facts).
