Disagree with you there. Thai girls are picky as hell. Cleanliness is revered in Thailand. They tolerate certain things but if you smell, look like shit, or an obnoxious asshole they won't go near you. If you think it's point and phuck in Thailand you are mistaken. If a girl doesn't want to go with you she isn't obligated because she is an employee of the bar and is drawing a salary which while not great, pays the daily expenses. Like anywhere, you got hardcores that will do anything as long as you got money, but most Thais don't operate on that level at all.

I might get kicked off CRT because really not that much of a monger or maybe I'm a monger in training! LOL I can't say much about most of the locations because I've never really gone any where else to specifically "monger" so to speak. I've messed around in Europe a bit but the primary focus was not to monger.

I choose Costa Rica because it is so damn easy. It's exotic and I like the camaraderie. The people I've hung out with there is a big part of going back. Of course if it weren't for the lovelies then to be honest, I probably make less trips (sorry guys LOL) but for me it has to do with the whole atmosphere. I most definitely like the set up in CR better than Amsterdam and Germany. That's just way too business like for me. I like the fantasy you are able to create in CR.

I'd one day like to try Medellin but I'd want to go with some good Spanish speaking wingmen that I already know.

Why not get serious with studying your Espanol right now so you need not be totally dependent on others for communications when it is time to make the trip to Medellin ????

In Colombia you will not find anywhere near the numbers of chicas with some basic Ingles that is oh so common in CR.

I'm working on it Bro. I'm up to disc 5 on the Pimsluer program and I have Rosetta Stone. It's a slow go but I try to listen every time I'm in the car. One of my problems is that I'm just a weeeee bit of a perfectionist and if I can't do it perfectly...I tend not to try and that is a bad thing when it comes to speaking languages.

For purely mongering I would say ease of travel hands down, though for my "vacations" I prefer to bring my crew (or at least 2-4 of my handpicked pals) and that means a relatively short flight from MIA/FLL. Costa Rica is perfect for that, Sosua is also convenient and the beach is a great feature. Though the casinos there suck. Panama is cool for two nights, I can tell my colleagues I went to the Canal and the casino is nice. Having said that, after a recent business trip to BKK (where 3 of my pals just happened to have business at the same time) I would be remiss to not say I thought it was a splendid locale. But for a straight mongering trip I do not have the time off work to travel around the globe. I would love to hit MDE (which with miles negates the expense and MDE is not hard to get to), but without a grasp of espanol it would not be prudent. Am I going to show up at Pablo's grave for a photo op? Noooo. Just got my visa for Brasil (been a long time since I have been) as I am supposed to be there for work next week, and with one of the miscreants from BKK's adventure (and trip #1 to SJO back in 6/07) it promises to be a hoot. So my vote is ease of travel , as I frankly do not care about the chick's nationality after many rounds so long as something about her catches my fancy. And there is enough to keep me entertained for the breif time I am there. Last Monday at Scarlett's I initially thought the girl was asian (I had been drinking excessively), turns out she was from Santa Domingo. Good time, would have been better at the Cheetah. Or especially La Passions

I can get on a plane early in the morning and be at NF by mid-afternoon! Also, something most don't mention: the AIDs rate in CR is way low compared to Brazil and the Philippines. I went down to CR earlier this month on a $274 ticket -a good airline too!

I would have to say that the "ease of travel" is what determines where I go. It basically depends where I am in the world at the time. I have been to Bulgaria, Macedonia, Serbia, Hungry, Thailand, Cambodia, Europe, Korea, and now (next week), CR. Again, wherever I happen to be, when the urge hits me,,,,, sitting here in Florida, just can't see paying the high cost of airfare to go to Thailand, when CR is just a couple hours away.
