Bringing someone to an MP is? Well then half the taxi drivers in SJ need to be arrested, also those well dressed NF touts, they get commissions too. Seems a lot of speculation on what the law is but does anyone actually know how they define "pimping" because obviously "benefitting from prostitution" isn't it.

I agree it is not worth the risk or hassle. But to play devil's advocate, why is an MP not pimping, but someone bringing people to an MP is?

That is a question that has been tossed around for years and it seems no one really has the answer.

Arte y Sauna was closed down for pimping. There supposed transgression was that a manager or owner was involved in the exchange of money with the client. This caused some MP's to have the girl collect the money and then go to the front desk to "rent" the room for an hour.

The "word on the street" is that some well placed cash solves the problem with the authorities but again I say this has been discussed for years without any real explanation forthcoming.

I'm always very careful and clear with this.. I do different types of vacation packages and have potential clients ask me for girls. I tell them clearly that I can point them in the right direction, take them to spots, show them the lay of the land, but that is just a courtesy. I don't accept money from or arrange anything with chicas. Ain't gonna be bent over the sink in the jail in SJ.

Be very careful. I would advise you consult counsel both here and in CR (best of luck on the latter) before taking action. In the Excitement mag down here in So. Fla there is an ad for mancation type action. I think it is to the Dominican Republic. This is the same mag that advertises *******, strip clubs, etc. If you plan to get big (advertising/insurance/etc) I think you are looking at serious consequences (asset forefiture/fines/incarceration) in the U.S. if a prosecutor gets a hard on and/or something bad happens to one of your customers. If you do it for your poker buddies that is your business; if you seek to make this your livelihood then be very careful. And this does not even contemplate the BS you may encounter from the CR gov.

I believe the above (and the atty posting here can correct me if i'm wrong), but the making "sex tourism" illegal was part of the VAWA (violence against women act) that was sponsored by a bunch of butch bulls who have an interest in keeping you guys and your wallets at home, keeping you dumb, and limiting your options. Why? Because if even 25% of American men went to RIO or MDE the diamond industry would tank, guys wouldn't be getting married, etc etc. There are some MAJOR financial interests that were behind this act. It had nothing to do with one chester mole.ster type that did something bad and EVERYTHING to do with keeping your wallets in the united states.

Of course, there isn't an act that protects the Jamaican men from all the thousands of cock-hungry AW that flood jamaica each year to be serviced by 18 year old b.oys!
