Anyone have a proxy server address they suggest to use so that I can stream netflix.com videos on my laptop while I am in CR? Netflix.com reads the ip, sees it is outside the USA, and lets you know there are some manner of concerns.....I believe the same issue is going on with kindle....

The Kindle is IP restricted and books must be downloaded into a computer and then moved to the Kindle. I suggest that you download what you plan to read in the USA

Just shake hands, have a beer and treat each other to a nice MP gal and consider this all water under the bridge. Some of my best friends I have to this day are ones that I got into fist fights with in 1-5th grade. I have two that I have been best man for their weddings. Just let it go and someday you'll look back and laugh at it. IMO, neither of these guys should be banned, if that in fact did happen. In Jimmy Buffet's tune "Changes in Attitudes, Changes in Latitudes" the core idea is that if we don't let life's problems turn into comedies than we would all go insane.
