In a 3rd world country, you get the host of diseases....look at Africa.

If you find a 10 worth $100, pay her. I paid no more than $40, and got college girls, unsophisticated, slightly naive or savvy, but lots of fun.

Timing is eveything....be a good negociator, and be willing to walk away. I'm frequent enough that the girls know I am ethical, if I am enjoying her company, I buy her a beer. If I enjoy a brief backrub, I give her $5.oo.

And for those who are worth...well despite seeing a 10, an 8 for $40 is a value!!!!
