Guys,
Can I make a modest proposal? Leave the Laptop home. I am utterly baffled as to why so many people feel they just can't live without a PC for 6 or 7 days. I go to the beach in New Jersey and see people typing on Laptops and Blackberries instead of enjoying their vacations.
Some of you younger guys probably aren't going to believe this, but there was a time in America when we actually were able to have fun, interact with others, and enjoy life without having an imbilical cord attaching us to an electronic device! Believe it or not, a lot of people actually read books!!
I once actually saw a guy hiking on the Appalachian trail typing on a Laptop! Unbelievable.
I'm fairly computer literate and on a PC 2 or 3 hours daily at work, so I'm not anti-technology; but when I go to CR I have other priorities.
Ask yourself if you can't do without that "millstone around your neck" for a week. (Apologies to El Ciego who has a special situation).
Now my camera; that's a tool that I regard as abnsolutely essential in CR!

Perhaps these guys are not on vacation but at their "virtual" office enjoying the beach in NJ (give me a freaking break

) the app trail, or CR while working untethered to an office or a desk. They have freedom provided by the technology of today.
Honestly if you spend 2 to 3 hours a day on your computer only at work you are not connected to the techno world of today. You are a dinasaur.
But hey u do your thing and let me do mine.
