This does sound too good to be true... but it is.

When I visited last they took me on the tour of the house. It is a four bedroom with two living a great big kitchen with great cabinets and appliances. It has an alarm system, Three car garage / car portish thing and a big patio.

Mi "Esposa" was showing me around and now that I think of it she did seem to have that pride of ownership as she pointed out energy efficient appliances and light bulbs. We even spent time watering the flowers.

Her sister married a guy that owns a bunch of Mickey D's all around and ever since the family has as a whole been in upgrade mode. There are like 12 brothers and sisters in her family. I have always been welcomed as a son-in-law.

Now this for us. I am feeling happy about it all so far. And in the wise words of Pac 55 why stop to think now? Dumb luck has worked so far...

On a tourist or H-1 Visa, she has limited legal status. My youngones have their US Passports etc...

I am not qualified to comment on the legal and immigration aspects of your situation here. I would however warn you about how the new blood (tica) will affect your other four relationships and other offspring. I knew a guy who used to brag that he circulated among his five "bitches" on welfare day every month to "collect his cut." All was fine until one of the five got sick of sharing him and used a knife on him to serious effect. Let's just say that Percy isn't knockin' boots with no mo' ho's no mo'. While I'm certain that the quality of the women you've known is above those involved in Percy's situation, women are women.

Another thing that bothers me about this entire situation is (and no offense) that I'm not sure if you're seeking advice or bragging. I mean, you really haven't given enough background, none of us are immigration lawyers...so why come here? Yeah, you've got viable sperm. So what?

I agree with everyone else here who has commented that you need both the help of legal professionals and a vasectomy.

200k sure is a lot of dinero to get someone into the country. I'd be curious though to at least take a look at the docs. Seems like you've been able to stay alive traversing multiple minefields already...so why not dance through another one?

This will definately help her to get the visa. However, if this is a cash purchase she could have taken 50k (USD) down to the embassy in San Jose and put it down as a security. I helped alot of wealthy Chinese get to the US that way when I lived in Indonesia. The going rate can vary from 40-50k depending on risk factor. The house is probably not a very good investment with CR the way it is. But more power to her. Good luck.

I have been studying the immigration options. K-1 Fiance Visa (Hell to the No!), H-1 "look see" Visa, E-1 and E-2 Investor Visa, L-1 Business Owner or Key Personnel Visa, and EB-5 Green Card Visa requires business investment of $1M and 10 new full time jobs or $500k in a TEA and 10 new full time jobs.

Do you know which visa the $50K deposit qualifies? Is the $50K refundable?

I don't think it will be a H-1 Visa. Those are for foreign workers.
