if you seriously have the experience, time and money 2 locations come to mind

1. the old centerfolds...located within a block or three of 500 plus hotel rooms and pretty decent size

2. Josephine/nichol location on avenue 9...sorry for the negativity again but this place just seems like it can't make it and is a great property and has parking
