I think that sums it up very well. I believe the majority of members feel there is absolutely no need for such a section on this board. That is my opinion and others may differ so a note to Dream Properties, why not make it a poll question? That way members may either vote and give their opinion or for those more reticent they may just vote.

That way the Admin will have some idea as to the consensus of the membership. Maybe it should be in the VIP section so those who support the board have the say in how they feel the board should go concerning this issue.
