I'm also a non-smoker, but honestly, I don't mind the chicas smoking. It's Latin America--people smoke and it's still allowed in public areas. Stop being a wimp and deal with it.

The bolt-ons don't bother me either. Sure, natural is better, but would rather have fake than saggy deflated balloons. Besides, once you get to la panocha, it doesn't really matter. And I prefer shaved ones.

The cell phone use can get a bit annoying, but I'm not one to raise a fuss over it.

I can't stand the chicas that solicit you, you politely decline and they try to hit you up for an expensive drink.
Then when you decline, they look at you like you robbed them and get really huffy. Then on top of it, they want you to buy drinks for all of their friends as well. Sort of like you invited them all to a party.

Number 2 might be hitting you up for cab fare well in excess of what is reasonable.

It seems that there are a lot of things you guys don't like, but like one of the posters stated, deal with it.

The smoking and cell phone thing is just a part of the high stress lifestyle that the chicas operate in. Not really different from a car salesman. The chicas are selling themselves and it is high stress to get money to pay the bills.

What I don't like is the chicas that blast and smack their gum and try to look tough, but again, that is a part of the high stress lifestyle.

I also don't like upselling in the middle of a session or a chica attempting to alter the deal. If this happens they will (in the future) be kindly and gently escorted out of the room.

I guess I am more forgiving as I seem to remember somebodies signature that states the in Costa Rica we are all 'rock stars'. In the minds of the chicas we are all rich gringos and they are all pretty desperate to put food on the table or that extra snort up their nose. There is a lot of crap I don't like, but will understand as a part of the game.

I hate it when an alleged 9 undresses and everthing sags to a six. Strectch Jeans and a push up bra can hide a lot combined with darl lighting and the inevitable beer goggle effect.
