This thread kind of reminds me of the urban flight to suburbia.
You know the scenario.
Joe Blow, his wife and 2 K*ds decide to move. They find a nice quaint rural community where 3 or 4 developers are building nice middle class tract housing. They like what they see. A nice rural town in which to live the American dream.
A year later 2 more developers buy old farms and announce plans to build more houses. Joe and his neighbors go ballistic and and vocally voice their displeasure to the town father's. "How can you ruin the peace and quite?" "The roads are overcrowded'" "Schools can not handle more K*ds", etc.
In other words I should be the last to be allowed to move in.
Some here seem to think they should be the last allowed to "discover" Costa Rica.
