There has been so much discussion about tipping, and both sides of the arguement seem to be pretty passionate.

Of course the MPs will range from the Dungeon to ZB, but just to get an idea...this is why I ask that you give the average.

I am in the $5 or less group. I generally tip 0 to 3000 col for exceptional service. More often 1000 to 2000 col.

I don't know if this was directed at me.....but my reason for posting this poll was to give members an anonymous way to tell us their habits so we can see the real distribution of how much gets spent.

So maybe it isn't any of my business, and if that's the case, anyone who wants to keep such information private has the right not to answer the poll or to do so without anyone knowing how he responded.

And no, I'm not mentally handicapped - at least that's what the emode on-line IQ test tells me. Maybe I should have asked for members' IQ too?

Precisely! IMHO, computers, cell phones and overtipping, have phucked up places like the PI, Thailand etc.. From what I read here, the same is happening to CR. Oh well, nothing lasts forever. I'll just get my ass down there and enjoy it while I can.

I forgot the saying, and I've seen it here, but there is a Tico saying to the extent "the service paid for was the tip." It's something like that. Hopefully whoever posted it sees this and reposts sowe all can memorize and repeat it at every mp.

On the tipping...I voted $5 and under. I normally session only in the local MPs now. The girls don't expect a tip, and I'm not looking to impress anybody. Having said that, if anything extraordinary were to occur, it's not out of the question that I could be moved to offer sone extra remuneration....but we are talking extraordinary. It would be more likely however, if she rocked my world to that extent, that I would ask for a phone number and set up an off-site deal. Which, I would think, the chica would find more value in, then say, a 10 buck tip.

I also put less that $5. I'll leave a 1k-2k col tip if the service was very good. No tip for average service. I did give $10 (5k col) on a couple of occasions for my last trip, but that was for BBBJ AND Anal. Maybe I should negotiate more, but $10 extra to Phuck a girl in the ass seems reasonable to me.
