I just had a tenant move out of a condo. It was a single female that left a lot of items behind. I have a whole suit case full of clothing, jewlery and new cosmetics. All in new or like new condition. It is all free to me! On my previous trip it seemed to always get me a little extra mileage.

I know new stuff was well received. I went to the Dollar Store and loaded up on a couple of dozen cosmetic items. small things like lipstick and eyeliner kits with mirrors.
