Junkyarddog.......you post this like you have NEVER been with a working chica here in CR which is obviously not the case. Why do you have to decide,for sure,if she EVER worked at the DR before you invite her to the States for some fun? Do you have to decide that you want to marry her before you have sex with her again? That's crazy. My advice is not to worry about it. Have fun with her...enjoy her company and don't worry about it. You have enough experience to know when it's time to bail out of the relationship. For now,I see no reason to not enjoy yourself,so long as you keep your eyes and ears open. When the RFM starts,it's time for you to make a decision.

I am sure if you met and were willing to get serious with a 6 or 6.5 chica, the odds are far far higher she is a "regular" girl than an 8 or a 9 model-type. I do wonder if the majority of real head-turners one might happen to run into on the street in SJO or anywhere else outside the gulch ply the trade at least occasionally.

Myself, FWIW, I like meeting and dating regular girls, but even in LAM I haven't had success bedding the true hotty regulars, ones that I could imagine being sexually fulfilled with enough to be faithful to for awhile. The less-than-model lookers, especially the spinners, are much more interested in me, but they usually want a committed, faithful man. I won't lie to a slightly above average looking regular girl and make false promises of faithfulness for sex - its bad juju and not worth it - especially when I can so easily get P4P GFE with a curvy 8 or 9.

In a non-P4P world I'd probably settle for a nice 6.5 or 7 girlfriend, be faithful to her for awhile, and accept being less than totally fulfilled as a man while I was with her. Given my sexual desires, and also my desire to avoid drama and deeply hurting a girls feelings, and causing pain in my own life, I prefer the P4P alternative, at least when I am travelling What can I say but TG for P4P!

I would think she never worked as a pro. Many Ticas know about the Del Rey scene some do not. They just had alot of stories about the DR in La Nation.

Maybe the family has a bit of money and took some vacations to the states or maybe in the past she had a gringo boyfriend. Her brother has a new car and that says something about the family.

Lets not put too much weight on the visa thing.

I know quite a few ( non sp ) ticas in and outside of SJO have US visas, and have visited States a few times. They all have highschool educations and college/university level for a few, and hold office 9-5 jobs. And I know at least 5 of them hold multiples ( as opposed to single trip visa )

AFAIK, they just applied and got them; some of them in fact have visited the States with their folks when they were younger in the 90's. I suppose the US consulate in CR has always been reasonable. While I could not say the same for our consulate there, in the past 3 of years, they have been a pain in the A for granting visa to the locals.

So JD, your amiga might just be a regular tica after all , and I have to agree with VB's comment,

let me just say that with inside info the bartenders can and have been had.they are no different than the girls on the orther side of the bar.some have even worked the other side.there are two that i have had action with but they will go unnamed . and i never had to pay anything

Agreed. I notice we put the bartenders on a pedastal here on this board. As if they are "better" than the "working" girls. Some of them, I know for a fact, made a living on the other side of the bar in the past.

don't assume. there used to be a gringo bar upstairs not to far from the park hotel. There was a real hottie bartending I always assumed she was unavailable especially since she had a gringo boyfriend who was buying her a house and stuff. One night I was especially tanked and tapped out of cash. She knew me as a regular at that bar. She happened to be out with some friends and saw me at another bar. She asked me to go to a hotel with her. I was flattered and chomping at the bit. I told her I was broke and she got me to look thru my pockets and found enough for the room but that was it. It was completely wild with her. that was about 28 years ago. Now I have a hard time even getting girls to like my wallet. (I stole that line from someone else here, thought it was a good line). So don't assume the bartenders are unavailable and they sure do look good!!!!
