There was an article in Inside Costa Rica this morning concerning the preparations for the inaugural of Oscar Aries as the President.

The last paragraph in the story was:

How many, do you think, the government is blocking off at the Del Rey? :lol:

Do you think the DR will waive the chica fees for these visiting dignitaries? Does anyone want to bring a video camera,and sit by the elevators recording? Can you spell E-X-T-O-R-T-I-O-N? How will these Mucky-Mucks affect the pricing structure at the DR? Inqiring minds want to know.
