We've met, and it's probable you've heard me speak Spanish. Your best bet is to engrain yourself in the culture and force yourself to speak it as much as you can.

When I first learned I'd carry a little notepad with me and write down the words I didn't know. With time you'll be singing it like a parrot.

Just with the few lessons I have had I was able to pick up a lot more this trip.

The chicas were willing to help out and teach different words and pharses as well.

What will reallly help is if I can find someone (female) close by to talk with on a regular basis.
