FYI: Tuesday's (11/1) episode of the Amazing Race travels to Costa Rica. The show airs on CBS at 9pm EST. And I think, MTV's Real World Austin vacations in Costa Rica afterwards at 10pm EST on MTV.

Hey!

If anyone here knows Donald Trump they need to tell him to do an episode of the apprentice in Costa Rica....The girls can set up shop at the Del Rey and the guys can give out blood pressure tests on the sidewalk just outside...

I wonder who would make the most 8)

Do you think that the producers know that the "Real Amazing Race" is held indoors at the DR. This is where the Gringos race around looking for the highest draft choice chica available for under $50. These fools will probably be out in the jungle. hahaha There ain't no chicas in the jungle.Any fool knows that!!!

I'm about half way through watching it. First, they had to go from Panama to SJO via the tico bus, then find a parking lot on calle 9 and take a van to the volcan, then to a coffee plantation, then to Jaco.
Am getting a kick out of the Gringos pronouncing it "Yaco". More later.

Just watched AMAZING RACE-COSTA RICA. Looked like the real deal. I think I've been to every place they showed, Jaco, Quepos, San Jose, the banana plantation, the coffee plantation, the rain forest, Poas Volcano, etc. How about that cute little Tica at the end of the program......she sure looked familiar, maybe Blue Marlin familiar??

Yes, that Tica was the best part for "Weelcom to Costa Rica.." Yummy.
Well, they probably saw as much in one day as most people would see in a week. Me? I'd probably fall asleep driving or my heart would go out but the real problem I'd have is that the people with me would have killed me.

Yeah, the Gringo pronunciations were hilarious! I recognized the pharmacia and surf shop they went to in Jaco. I was just waiting for them to go to the Beatle Bar! I wasn't familiar with that small bar they ended up at in Quepos (the Iguana?). They should have ended up at the Banco Bar or Wacky Wandas/Mar y Blues. I guess they wanted to show a beach scene as a backdrop. The ending almost brought me to tears however, as it was sad to see the little girls reaction to being
last and therefore being tossed off future shows.

Regarding that cute Tica at the end of the show...I concur with previous comments...I KNOW I've seen her somewhere before!!!
