If it turns out she was playing you, please be truthful and admit it as it will serve to warn other members of this group from doing the same thing. Additionally, most of the girls normally claim sickness; Well Costa Rica has one of the best socialized medicine program in the world; treatment and drugs are cheap and the doctors are great, (trust me on this I dated one).
