I am looking to rent a car by the month. Does anyone know a person or business that offers a reasonable service with no gouging on insurance?

I have used the Hertz 3 x times now at the Down Town Location and have good experiences so far with them, I never take the CDW however ..

Check you CC benefits it may be covered when rental car is charged on that card, some with even little or even a $0 deductible, I have a Delta card that covers this and no foreign transaction fees, now usually the sales person at counter will attempt to still sell the CDW anyways , however I politely decline and show them my coverage letter from CC.

Now you have to buy (TPL) Third party Liability and its $9 a day at hertz no way around at any rental company in CR however the price likely varies and some companies include this (TPL) in quotes and others don't.
