CR will not close down again. The country must have tourism dollars and revenue streams.But will other countries close their borders to CR, or require 14 day quarantines for returning tourists? Why would they do this? 1. To control pandemic within their own borders (follow the science). 2. Encourage domestic tourism to keep their dollars on shore.
Come now while you can, the future is always a crap shoot. Germany, France, Italy and the UK have already reimposed lockdowns in the past month and winter is coming.
