 Post subject: Turrialba erupts

Turrialba volcano erupted last night and some ash fell as far as the eastern San Jose suburbs. There has been a warning issued for aircraft to stay 20 miles from it...San Jose is about 30 miles west. For all you guys in San Jose right now, if you have a chance, take a trip up to Volcano Irazu. From Irazu, you get a great view of Turrialba.

Well, new info is they've closed the Irazu National Park temporarily so my suggestion is no good :(

Wow, I never heard of that one. I will be staying right near Arenal in December, hope it don't blow too, like Jimmy Buffett once said " I don't know where I'm gonna go if the volcano blow"!
