Speaking of food concessions at the airport, the food prices are ridonkulous, higher than JFK. A few weeks ago, I was leaving CR with my wife and 2 daughters, and we made the mistake of not eating before we left for the airport.

Quizno's sandwich $8-10
BK Whopper $7-8 (sandwich only)
Coffee $4 ($5 with milk )
Soda $3
Fries $3 or $4

I spent about $35 for a couple of Quizno's subs, some fries, and drinks.

Exactly correct Orange. The only fair price place is Malinchi's Restaurant downstairs, arrival area. Little more expensive but not the rip offs that you will find inside the terminal. I eat there sometimes when I am awaiting arrivals.

I think its called " smash burger " over 10,000 for a combo, at least it was good

I dont think it matters if you eat before or not, airports and that lingering do-nothing period just make you want to eat
