Well completed 2 weeks. LH it should be scale weight and measurements as muscle weighs more than fat

So far daily I have eaten 1800 caleries (though my RMR is 2100) 1 hr cardio and 45 min weights

I'll be honest it isnt that tough .. just need discipline

Plus LH I took a photo before ... May 15 and it AINT pretty


Nuck good idea .. maybe at the end post my before / after pic and let the board decide
