Pali seems to be the lowest priced mercado (Supermarket). There is one in plaza viquez down by Pantara Rosa on the PFD map.

Pali is part of the Walmart, Mas x Menos organization. They are lower priced but have a very limited selection. You will find Imperial, Pilsen, Rock Ice, etc but no imported beers and a very limited liquor selection. The small savings are not worth going out of your way for.
