I have used Mozilla Firefox Firefox exclusively for years and believe its faster than IE.

Since most viruses are designed for IE, it helps prevent these as well.

Earlier today the site wouldn't respond at all for me. Timeout. Every other site was normal.

We made some changes to server and did a backup tonight between 4AM and 7Am so timeouts were possible sorry about that.

My connection is fairly fast..

I still want to know why this site tries to run scripts by googleapis.
Earlier Admin said it comes from Firefox.
I don't believe that because I can go to 50 other sites that it doesn't happen.

I think someone (probably Google) has planted a Trojan on the website, to gather marketing info.

Admin did you change anything today 8/14? The banners are loading significantly faster.

Not sure I have my code guys doing a complete look at the code as one of our brothers may have noticed two missing files.

It is still not effecting me and Ive been in 3 different east coast states the last week..

Currently at the NJ shore using comcast with no issues so I can't see what was changed.

I should have a complete report this evening.

I tried everything that I could but I could not understand the problem with my computer. Since it only affected me on a couple of sites, I decided to live with it. This afternoon my computer shut down for 3 Windows updates. When I started back up I wondered if it would change how this site loads. To my surprise the pages all jumped up instantly. Maybe just a coincidence, but I no longer have a problem and pages here load in the blink of an eye.

Sorry, Admin, if I stirred things up for no good reason.

Guys I had my code guys pour over the site / forum looking for issues.. We had it tested from 3 different continents and average load speed is less than 2 seconds.

At the suggestion of a brother we removed two small pieces of broken code but other than that we find NO issues / malware / software "Googleapis" (Brother TV) running.

In short I still see absolutely no speed issues with the site in any way shape or form.

For the very small # who might be having a problem it has to be your individual ISP or Pipeline or browser or security features within your computer.

Sorry but after hours of review we find no problems and I still see no server issues or speed problems.

I'm here in Costa Rica using Firefox and I haven't had any issues at all with the site outside normal updates Admin has notified us of, usually in advance. Tend to agree, probably an ISP issue or some other problem up the line. OR, perhaps a secret part of the US government is trying to make it difficult for US citizens to get good info...

Well maybe the broken code was the problem because it is loading substantially faster for me. The banners were so slow before but are now loading fast.
