They LOVE chocolate. I went to a place that a friend told me was the best chocolate shop in CR (he may say his is now) and bought a box of chocolates for the fave from A&S, and she was VERY pleased. I hoped she'd let me try one, but no such luck. She was much happier than she was for presents for her K*ds. She liked them, but not as much.

Someone in this thread mentioned bringing pocket rockets because an expensive sex toy was confiscated by Customs

1. Are sex toys illegal for importation into C.R.?

2. What is a "pocket rocket?" I presume that it is a small, powerful vibrator, but where can one find them and at what cost?

I do not think "toys" are illegal for importation into CR.

Security guards sometimes look at you funny if they find them in your luggage but just act brazen and there is little they can do about it,

Good site for pocket rockets is www.babeland.com they currently have them on for $27. Best price I have seen for a long time.

And V.S. has some great buys on their website, clearance 3.99 and under. Also a small perfume sampler, for like 9.99. Got quite a bit for under 40.
