Actually from the next beach 5k to the south, Hermosa, but it'll let you see what the weather and surf is like at the moment--just now still overcast and low tide.

DGD, Thanks for sharing that web cam. I needed a little bit of beach and surf here in Atlanta today.

It's pretty relaible, hangs up every now and then as CR internet dictates, it was down last week-end, maybe rain related. Actually if you look at the map on that web page, it's alot closer than the 5 Km I mentioned. It's 5 km from Jaco to get to that beach/hotel via car from Jaco because you have to drive back out to the hwy and then south a ways and then back in towards the beach/hotel, but I'd say the webcam is 1 km from Jaco Beach as the crow flies.
