I think it was (is) essentially from Avenue 6 south to about Avenue 12 and Calle 13 on the east to Calle 5 on the west. That area has long been home to numerous Chinese owned businesses.

I haven’t heard much about it for a long time. Perhaps the funding dried up to fund it or someone wasn’t getting enough love to make it happen.
