Vegas,
Do you know when the new stadium will be opening? I heard that it would open with a Shakira concert.Thought about taking someone.

I'm not sure exactly when the Shakira concert is, however I've heard that you can attend this event for ONLY $300/ticket. The next event that I've heard about is the futbal (soccer) game between Costa Rica and Argentina.

As I remember the press release the futbal game is the inaugural event. It is in late March and the Shakira concert is in early April.

Thanks for the reply! $300.00 Sheet!! How can the locals afford that price? Hell, I cannot afford that price. So few parking spaces it will be taxi central. Anyway thanks again.

I went to the website mentioned above but they appear to only have the futbol tickets. If I were inclined to purchase concert tickets where do I get them? I've looked at the net and can't find anything on Shakira's site or any other. I even emailed Tico Times and haven't had an answer.
