Location: Downtown San Jose, Costa Rica, the BELLY of the BEAST

Does anybody know what the deal is between Amnet and ICE that has caused most Amnet customers in the downtown area (other areas I have no idea) to lose their Amnet service? What are the hotels using? Amnet? Cable Tica? Direct TV?

It's kind of rough when all there is are telenovelas and soccer to watch.
