After the "issues" before Labor Day last year, when ZB reopened as HLH the official policy is no pictures. There are signs now posted to that effect. However the rooms are not policed and most of the chicas are amenable to photos or videos. If Eddie isn't around you could probably get away with pictures in the bar area but I think that's frowned upon.
